ANDREW CARNEGIE FREE LIBRARY !

 

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the lack of a quorum, the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees was officially adjourned until April 20 by the Board members present at the March 16 meeting.

Third--Report and consideration of communications to the Board of various Committees, or of others.

Fourth--Report of Officers of the Board --Treasurer - John F. Nolte; President - Elizabeth B. Martin: Codify all Library Policies(Board, Library, Rentals, etc.).

Fifth--Report of Committees(*Standing Committee as established by the By-Laws, April 9, 1900) -

Advisory Board; Committee on Bookstore; Committee on Buildings and Grounds*; Committee on Finance*: Proof of Bonding of Treasurer, ACLA Formula; Committee on Fund Raising: Spring fundraiser, Birthday letter; Committee on Library*(with Library Director's Report); Committee on Music and Entertainment* (Rentals): Return of Library tables, from Paramount Pictures; Committee on Personnel; Committee on Public Relations: Reopening of Library publicity; Trust Centennial; Cobblestone Magazine issue on Andrew Carnegie; Trust and Photo Album added to Library web site.
