Chart of Per Capita Funding of County Libraries, Under ACLA 1999 Proposal

ALLEGHENY REGIONAL ASSET DISTRICT LIBRARY GRANTS:
1999 BASIC DISTRIBUTION FORMULA PROPOSED BY THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY LIBRARY ASSOCIATION

The following is the proposal, of the Allegheny County Library Association(ACLA), for the distribution of Allegheny Regional Asset District(ARAD) funds, derived from the one percent sales and use tax levied in Allegheny County, to County libraries outside of the City of Pittsburgh. Given is the service area population of each library(some libraries serve more than one municipality), the proposed 1999 grant amount, and how much each library would receive, per-capita, considering the library's service area population.
