of the historic artifacts related to Abraham Lincoln’s visit to

artifacts are loaned, to the Senator
John Heinz History Center or to the Soldiers and Sailors Military Museum and
Memorial, it is most important that the public’s interests in these artifacts
be maintained with continued ownership by the County of Allegheny.
