Tuesday, Feb. 3 - FREE INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE BEGINS - APPOINTMENT REQUIRED; appointments, for people with incomes less than $30,000 per year, available 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday evening through April 14. For appointment, telephone: (412) 276-3456.

Wednesday, Feb. 4 - 99th anniversary of orignal deed, registered in the County of Allegheny Recorder of Deeds Office, between the Mansfield Land Company and Andrew Carnegie, to purchase property for the construction of the Andrew Carnegie Free Library. This deed was superceded by deed of March 27, 1899.

Saturday, Feb. 7, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Free Computer Class in Library - Access to Internet and computerized book catalog taught.

Saturday, Feb. 7, 12 Noon to 3 p.m.- Civil War Museum open for public tours; donation, for maintenance of artifacts, requested.
ALSO, monthly meeting of the Ninth Pennsylvania Reserves Civil War reenactment group - Lecture Hall, Second Floor.

Tuesday, Feb. 10 - Registration begins for Pre-School Storytime(each Wednesday, 1 p.m., March 4 through May 20).

Saturday, Feb. 14, 2 p.m.; Sunday, Feb. 15, 2 p.m. - Play for Children: "Snow White & the Seven Dwarves" performed by Stage 62 in Music Hall - $4 per ticket; $3 per ticket for seniors, students, and groups of 12 or more.
